It's in excellent condition, and unlabeled, possibly handmade, feels like wool poly blend. The skirt measures Waist 32 inches, Hip 40 inches, Length 22 inches. Clipped smaller to fit the mannequin. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
